For Spring Summer 2026, HOMME PLISSÉ ISSEY MIYAKE unveiled its collection “Amid Impasto of Horizons” as the Guest of Honor at Pitti Immagine Uomo 108 in Florence. Staged at the magnificent Villa Medicea della Petraia — an emblem of Medici heritage — the show fused art, design, and movement in true ISSEY MIYAKE spirit.

The collection draws from the natural and cultural landscapes of Italy, tracing a painter’s path across vivid horizons. Its creative journey mirrors brushstrokes of discovery — gathering colors from sunlit gardens, textured city walls, and daily life’s quiet poetry. These impressions merge into garments that reinterpret traditional menswear through flowing forms, contemporary pleats, and light-infused palettes.
