- Fragrances and perfumes are marked as “dangerous goods” and can only be shipped via land.

- When an order includes a perfume this item will be packed and shipped separately.

03 RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Customers can return their purchases within 14 days from the delivery date

For a return to be accepted items must:

- Be in the original conditions and must show no sign of use, washing or fragrance.

- Have the original labels attached.

- The security tag must be intact and attached to returned items.

- The shoes’ soles must be clean and must not show any signs of use.

- The item must be returned in the same box sent by SHEET-1.com

IMPORTANT: For hygienic reasons, socks cannot be returned.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please email info@sheet-1.com

- Under the subject “RETURN” and provide us with an explanation of why you want to proceed with the return of the purchased item.

- SHEET-1.com provides a free returns system.

- The amount you will pay for the shipping will be refunded to you.

- It is your responsibility to print the return airway bill.

REFUNDS

- If the item presents all the required conditions, the refund will be issued to the payment method used to place the original order.
