SALES ASSOCIATE (FULL & PART-TIME)

Focus: Responsible for the creation and subsequent retention of new relationships with clients locally and internationally together with the Store Manager.

  • Responsible for the operations and functioning of the store
  • Deliver the best customer service
  • Meeting seasonal and individual sales budgets
  • Knowing the stockroom
  • Create service driven environment
  • Provide personalised shopping and styling experience
  • Delivering monthly and seasonal targets


  • Proven High-end /luxury retail experience (min 2 years).
  • 40 hours/5 days per week including work on Saturdays.
  • Language skills beneficial
  • EU work visa


                                 VIP SALES EXECUTIVE (FULL TIME)

Focus: To develop meaningful relations with our valued high net wored clients

  • A confident networker with a resourceful approach and natural ability to seek out opportunities to further engage with high-net-worth clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting KPIs and delivering targets.
  • Self-motivated and sales driven.
  • Proven experience in building and managing a personal book of clients is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of the current trends in fashion.
  • Excellent communication skills, specifically with regard to building relationships with customers.
  • Good understanding and proficiency in the use of social media as an outreach channel.
  • Comfortable working in a super-fast-paced, high-pressure, dynamic and autonomous environment.


  • At least 5 years of previous experience as a Senior Sales Associate, Personal Shopper or similar with an HNW consumer-targeted business including luxury brands.
  • 40 hours/5 days per week including work on Saturdays
  • EU work visa
