Founded in Toronto in 1957 by Sam Tick, Canada Goose built its name on outerwear made for genuine cold, and still manufactures much of it in Canada. The parkas remain the core, Expedition, Langford, Trillium and Snow Mantra among them, insulated with responsibly sourced down and finished with fur, free ruffs, since the brand stopped using real fur entirely in 2022. Beyond the down jackets sit lighter Crofton and HyBridge styles, rain shells, knitwear, fleece, vests, hats and gloves, now roughly half the range. Under creative director Haider Ackermann the silhouettes have softened and the palette widened, though the brief hasn't changed: warmth you can rely on.
