SHEET-1 is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join the team.


Job Description: 

You are expected to assist our team with a variety of projects and tasks related to accounting, such as:  

  • Operational
  • Analyze financial information statistical statements, and reports
  • Assisting Accountable with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks
  • Performing basic office tasks like filing, data entry, and mail processing
  • General business knowledge
  • Compile and prepare reports and summaries

Full-time 5 days per week.

  • Monday to Friday- Lisbon-based

Qualifications: 

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-2 years of previous experience- Fluent in English is mandatory (spoken/written) and Portuguese is a plus
  • Professional level in the Office Package

WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS ASSISTANT (FULL-TIME)

Deadline: ASAP

Location: Lisbon, Portugal 

Focus: This operational role will be a vital asset to ensuring increased stock turnover by participating in the management of merchandise flow within the physical store & web shop and organising the efficient supply of products to satisfy the business needs.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 Responsible for receiving inventory deliveries and ensuring their accuracy (detailed delivery unit checks)

 Packing daily web orders and handling returns.

 Supporting last-minute deliveries reflective of hype products and launches.

 Assisting the Merchandising and Retail teams in ensuring regular replenishments and restocks, including reverse replenishment to E-Shop.

Stock Checks

 Assisting in regular stock checks, in-store and at the warehouse, and following up on any discrepancies, missing stock, un-barcoded stock, or otherwise incorrect or misplaced stock

 Investigating discrepancies

 Report on the discrepancies found

 Supporting stock takes

Stock Room

 Maintaining and organising tidy stock rooms. Helping adhere to all policies and procedures, including meeting all standards of Health and Safety in these and all other back-of-house areas.

 Keeping the retail team informed about stock movements and assisting with any queries about stock availability.
